Adventure Elopement
Considering an adventure elopement in Steamboat Springs? We have you covered! From location scouting to finding you the perfect vendors and seamless execution on your big day, we are here to help. As adventure and outdoor enthusiasts, we have hiked, biked and skied just about every trail in the county. Our elopement package is tailored to fit your exact needs. We start by hearing your vision and then create a tailored experience just for you. Elopement packages can include any or all of the following services:
Hourly consulting
Location scouting
Vendor sourcing and negotiation
Timeline creation
Obtaining permits
Gear rental
Ceremony creation/development
Day of execution
Al fresco ceremony/reception set up (let’s get creative! Options abound such as setting up a private dinner for 2 in the middle of a forest, setting up a luxury base camp etc. etc.)

Do you need some help finding vendors? Would you like someone to review your vendor quotes or contracts? Or maybe you just need help putting the final touches to your wedding? Do you need someone to set up your ceremony and venue site? No problem, we’re here to help. Our team will step in two months prior to your big day and remove your stress. We will run your rehearsal, create your personalized timeline (six months prior to your wedding) and execute the dream day you have put together. Experience has taught us that in order for us to execute your dream day, we need at least two months to plan and prepare so for these reason, we do not offer just 'day-of' services.
Pre-Wedding
•Up to 4 pre-wedding consultations in person or by phone
•2 months prior to your wedding - phone, email and text support as pertaining to your wedding day details.
•Contract Review of all vendor contracts
•Timeline review/creation
•Reception layout
•Confirming all details with vendors
•Facilitating the ceremony rehearsal
Wedding Day
•Oversee and execute ceremony set up and strike.
•Oversee and execute reception set up and strike in conjunction with catering team.
•Set up of wedding accessories (favors, guest book, name cards etc)
•Oversee and direct all timing and cues
•Coordinating flower deliveries to wedding party
•Directing the wedding processional
•Acting as the point of contact for all vendors
•Transportation contact day of wedding
•Assisting wedding party and guests as needed
•Distributing final payment to vendors
•Handling any unforeseen challenges that arise
•Use of bridal emergency kit

On the Wings of Love
Do you want to plan your own wedding but need some help along the way? Then this is the perfect package for you. Our team will work with you to bring your dream to life. Together we will develop a concept/theme, recommend vendors to suit your needs, review contracts, craft a timeline and help you along the way. In this package, you drive the planning process and we are here to help you. We will direct the rehearsal and then we will be on site the day of your wedding to organize, execute and oversee the set up and strike of the ceremony and reception. Our main goal is for you to have a stress free wedding day. This is our most popular package; brides tell us that they love knowing we are only an email or call away whenever they need us!
Pre-Wedding
•Up to 6 in person pre-wedding consultations either by phone or in person (includes meeting with florist and rental company if vendors are local)
•Assistance with choosing vendors (vendor recommendations tailored to your needs, researching vendors, obtaining pricing, connecting you with vendors, reviewing quotes and contracts). You are responsible for signing contracts and paying vendors directly.
•Assistance with designing a theme/decor (co-creating a design board, vendor recommendations, meeting with you and the florist, meeting with you and the rental company). You are responsible for ordering and paying for decor.

This all inclusive package offers unlimited design and planning and is tailored to your needs. Services can include finding your site, design and décor styling, booking vendors, contract navigation, extensive timeline production, budget creation and tracking, payment schedule management, site and necessary meetings, stuffing and mailing invitations, welcome bag assembly and delivery, vendor confirmations and execution of your rehearsal and wedding. For destination weddings, we can organize and execute guest activities, rehearsal dinners, luncheons and the after wedding brunch. This is the perfect experience for couples who are planning a destination wedding to Steamboat or for the couple who are hosting a large number of out of town guests. We tailor the package to fit your needs. In addition to the On the Wings of Love experience, this experiences can include (but is not limited to) the following services:
